Direct Action Spitfire Mk II Rapid Access cummerbund with silent ROC buckles for plate carrier operators, tactical loadouts, and emergency casualty triage. Pull the cord or slide the buckle to open or close without ever touching the front flap. Plus, laser cut MOLLE/PALS outer and elastic inner pocket fit soft armor panels. Fully compatible.
