Inspired by the Souvenir Jackets worn by servicemen and women coming back from Japan during WWII, Cockpit USA has created our women's 40th Anniversary Flying Tigers Tour Jacket. After the war had ended, soldiers looking for a memento, took their tanker jacket, flight jacket or shirt to local Japanese craftsman to have their garments embroidered with animals, maps, patterns, and asian art work. Cockpit USA has taken this tradition and created original artwork inspired by Chinese artwork for the Flying Tigers American Volunteer Group founded in 1941. Ladies, this jacket is sure to turn heads where ever you go.
