The outer layer of the mat is made of polyester covered with PVC, while the interior is filled with polyurethane foam. When the valve is opened, the foam automatically starts to fill with air, increasing its volume. To ensure the best possible accommodation conditions, you can inflate the mat a little extra at the end with your mouth or air pump.
To fold the mat, open the air valve and roll it up tightly to get rid of the air and then close the valve. A transport bag is supplied with the mat.
